      Great gym facilities for workouts.

      The bathroom faucet produced brown water, unacceptable and made it impossible to take a shower. Despite notifying the front desk, no action was taken, leaving me without a proper cleanse .

      The restaurant staff were really good, particularly Duane, who was patient and attentive. The welcoming atmosphere made us feel at home during our one-night stay.

      Everything was very good, including really excellent staff that offered exceptional service. The hotel's location was particularly good, short walk to most embassies and local entertainment venues and New Kingston, where most of the business are conducted here and the "night life". Appreciated food at Pepperwood Jerk Center, it's just a short stroll away from the venue.

      The staff in the restaurant were amazing, especially duane, the manager, who was so friendly and understanding. The location is perfect with lots of restaurants nearby, and the gym on-site is really convenient and well-equipped.

      Was there 2 days ago.... Weekend getaway/ party driven. Very nice hotel, great location, spectacular balcony view ( the best out of all the neighboring hotels) great compact gym, which give u a very effective workout, equipment are just right. I'll definite recommend it to a friend or foe.

      The hotel offers a fantastic gym with all the essentials for a good workout. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating. The nearby Emancipation Park was perfect for our morning jogs.

      My kids wished for more pet-friendly amenities.
